Eligibility for Refund

Caste Unavailability:

If we are unable to provide profiles from the specified caste as requested by the customer, we will issue a full refund.

Successful Profile Availability:

If we provide one or more profiles matching the requested caste, the service will be considered delivered, and no refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Change of mind after subscribing to a package.

Lack of suitable matches or inability to find a match.

Discontinuation of services by the user before the subscription period ends.

Misuse of the platform or violation of our Terms and Conditions.

Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.

Transaction ID
Reason for Refund Request

Once your request is received, it will be reviewed by our team. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.

Cancellations

Users may cancel their subscription at any time; however, cancellations will not result in a refund.

Cancellation of auto-renewals can be managed directly from your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Service Termination by RVN Matrimony

If your account is terminated by us due to a breach of the Terms and Conditions, no refund will be provided.

Changes to the Refund Policy

RVN Matrimony reserves the right to modify this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform.
